Excellent weekend for Newark this weekend. Here is the report...
Some good swims over the weekend at Pingles Leisure centre.
Fantastic weekend for Gracie Palmer who secured 12 PB's out of 13 and received medals in :
200m FREE - 1st
50m FLY - 3rd
100m FREE - 3rd
200m BACK - 3rd
50m BACK - 2nd
100m FLY - 3rd
Medals also went to Toby Love:
200m BREAST - 3rd
200M FREE - 3rd
50m BREAST - 3rd
Tristan Dixon - Teasdale:
100m FLY - 3rd
200m BACK - 3rd
Frankie Ward in the 100m BACK (3rd), Ben Bilton in the 100m fly (2nd), Owen Hathway in the 200m BACK (2nd) and Angus McCallion in the 100m FREE (3rd).
Other great swims came from Jasmine Braithwaite, Kate Walker, Libby Redmile, Amber Redmile, Dawid Grab, James Walker and Joe McCallion who all achieved personal bests in at least one event.
Top performance from Tilly Marlow, who smashed her personal best times in all events.
Also, Frankie Ward and Gracie Palmer achieved yet another midland time and will compete in the summer.
