Striders results

Saturday saw over sixty runners participating in the latest  Tilleys challenge around a muddy and chilly Stapleford woods. There was  a choice of three distances to complete 5K, 10K and 21K with refreshments afterwards. 

First to finish the 5k route was Rebecca Gallop in 20:45 followed by Becky Clift 26:30, Neil Gelsthorpe 27:30, Julie Gelsthorpe 27:31, Nikki Padgate 27:32, Sue Stott 32:00, Malcom Cammack 35:58, Jayne Young 37:29, Chris Richardson 37:44, Lisa Richardson 37:44, Arianna Marshall 40:00, Amelia Fox 40:00, Zoe Smith 42:16, Lisa Watson 44:00, Phil Ward 44:01, Rebecca Darington 45:00 and Christine Marshall 45:50. 

Leading the way in the 10K was Dave Dews was 46:38, Steve Padgett 54:02 , Lynda Madden , Abigail Gordon in 55:17, Dan Arkwell 56:12, Donna Wright 57:38, Robert Hardy 58:02, Nikki Dales 1:02:40, Cathy Clarke 1:07:59, Nicole Henderson and Di Holmes 1:09:02, and finishing together Tom Stimson,  Sharon Self and Anthea Moisey 1:15:03. 

Whilst in the 21K challenge Mark Jackson finished strongly in a great time of 1:30 :51 followed swiftly by Damien Davies 1:31:32, Lewis Hopkinson 1:32:00, Simon Palmer 1:35:15, Peter Parker and Tom Marshall 1:36:14, Dave Tilley 1:36: 50, Dan Stephen 1:37:00, Richard Scott 1:39:35, Chris Young 1:40:00,  Peter Davis 1:43:45, First lady to finish Jess Gordon 1:47: 35, Bob White 1:47:48, Nick Beveridge and Athena Vargatu 1:51:05, Andy Scott 1:55:44, Tom Spelman 1:56:20, Chris Dunn 1:56:33, Jackie Duers 1:57:00, Janet Davies 1:57:51, Adam Jackson 1:58: 32 , Jean - Louis Balestra 1:58:39, Nicola Bradley 1: 59 31, Bev Hancock 1:59:40, Graham Welsh 1:59: 44, Sara Carter 2:01: 00, Wyn Thomas 2:02: 48, Jon Rawson 2:03: 22, Stacey Atkins 2:09:22, Jacqui Jackson 2:10: 14, Jason Priest 2:10:14, Karen Illsley 2:14:07, Leisa Pickles,  Lynne Boby and Kath Scott 2:33:14. Strider Stewart  Partridge completed 10 mile in 1: 59:04 and Steve White ran 17 mile in 2 hours 46 minutes.
